After reading many reviews of Carmel Welding, they appear to do quality work. I haven’t received my mower back yet and it’s been over 2 weeks. I was told they are 3-4 weeks out when the mower was dropped off. I read reviews where there were delays and the expected pick up date was pushed back several times. Hoping that doesn’t happen with me. Two reviewers stated 1, no one assisted them with unloading the mower and 2, there was no sense of urgency observed among the employees. I experience the same. The most troubling was the lack of urgency which may be a factor in the delays. As I do with all my reviews, I will update after my experience with Carmel Welding is complete.

I've called this company multiple times pertaining to trying to handle a warranty issue with my lawn mower that I bought from Lowe's considering that they are certified service company for torso lawn mowers I can never get anyone to call me back I can never get anyone to answer the phone I've went up to the place and have been completely ignored I get that caramel is the area that is not fully acceptable to people of color but to be a established business that is willing to accept responsibility for working on devices that have warranty such as my lawn mower anyone else's lawn mower I do not feel that the customer service was up to par no matter if it's being a receptionist of answering the phone looking directly at who's calling and ignoring the call which in general has happened to me even when I went up there I was in line made a call just to see if I may have just been overreacting and witnessed that they do screen the phone calls be mindful and careful who you do business with or seek to get your product worked on considering the snotty attitudes that I received and still have yet to receive a call back even after I left an inform them that I needed the assistance has been suc

The folks here are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. That combination is hard to find today. It's probably why they have stayed in business for over 75 years! If you need new equipment for your home or business, or need qualified repair service on your existing equipment, regardless of the brand, CW is the best. In a world where relationships seem to get pushed to the back burner, Carmel Welding is a people-first small business, that diesn't sacrifice the "service" in customer service.

Dropped off my snow blower and received a call back ahead of the expected time. The guys are very responsive and process super reasonable. Great experience overall

I have always counted on Carmel welding with any of my outdoor tools with a gas engines. They have always been responsive and provided me timeline details, even if they have to order a part and deliver on a promise. This track VAC system is working like brand new And completed in time for me to gather all the leaves.
